How To Pay

Pay easily with PayPal
At CodeCogs we use PayPal to transfer funds. PayPal is the safe easy way to pay online, as it lets you pay securely using various methods, including most major credit and debit cards. You are also able to pay by cheque and we can set up commercial accounts for our larger customers on request.

Paying for Commercial Licences
Once you have finished selecting which commercial licences you want to buy all you need to do is click on the “My Cart” tab to check out (the tab that looks like a shopping cart). You will see everything that is in your shopping cart and, once you have checked it, all you need to do is click on the checkout button and follow the instructions. =

If you already have money in your account you will not need to transfer further funds via PayPal as your account will simply be deducted with the correct amount. You will be sent an email confirming the transaction once it has been completed. It’s a straightforward as that!! It is also possible to charge your account with extra money using PayPal. This money will be added to your account and can be used for later transactions.

Paying a Coder after you have accepted a bid
After accepting a bid from a coder you will be taken to a screen where you can escrow funds (transfer into a secure account held by CodeCogs). As soon as that money is transferred we send an email to the coder to tell them to start work. Once they have finished the work they will submit all the material, including support documentation, to you via the web site. After you have checked the submission and accept it as complete we will transfer the payment to the developer. The escrow system is used to protect the rights of both parties.

Viewing past transactions
If you would like to view a list of all previous transaction all you need to do is click on the “My Account” option which is found on the “My Cogs” tab. You will see a chronologically ordered list of what you have purchased and how much you have paid. If you disagree with any transactions it is also possible to query it here.
