How To Get Support

If you are having problems with a particular component you have purchased a commercial licence for, the easiest thing to do is to go to the relevant component page and post the question / problem that you are having onto the forum via the “new topic” button at the bottom of the page. The developer and perhaps other users will then be able to respond to you and hopefully solve the problem.

If this is not satisfactory you can then contact the CodeCogs.com support team directly using: Software Support. We attempt to reply to all emails within 1 business day, and can usually respond within the hour. We will always attempt to solve your problem immediately, however on occasions your problems may require several days or even weeks for us to investigate and resolve. Either way we will keep you informed of our progress.

We’ll provide this service for anyone who has recently licensed a module (within 3 month) or has an extended service contract. However, this service is designed to assist you with using one component at a time, and does not cover resolve issues related to your implementation of several components simultaneously or with other software. For example, we will expect to able to replicate your problem using very short C/C++ scripts.

For these more complex tasks, we’ll forward your problem to one of our consultants who will provide a free quote for the work.
